Abstract

The article discusses main problems of development of human capital in developing countries. The main

purpose of the article is to identify problems of effective use of human capital in developing countries. The relevance

of the article is to justify the economic content of human capital, to analyze the basic indicators and indices of human

capital development in developing countries in comparison with other countries of the world, to make a comparative

analysis of the problems of effective use of human capital by countries, and the World Bank’s role in the development

of human capital. The article identifies problematic issues of projects for the development of human capital. The general

methodological basis of the article is the general scientific methods of knowledge used for the theoretical analysis

of economic phenomena. The results of the study confirm the need to make additions to human capital development

programs and the need to create conditions and factors for its effective development in order to create an innovative

economy of the future. The ways of improving human capital development programs are proposed.
